Photos are processed to extract nutritional data and are not shared with third parties for any other purpose. You can disable camera access at any time in your device settings.

• We sync with Android Health Connect and Apple HealthKit with your permission
• Health data is encrypted and stored securely

• You can delete your health data at any time

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

7.1 Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

To delete your account:

• Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account
• Confirm your decision in the dialog
• Your account will be permanently deleted immediately

What gets deleted:

• Your profile and account credentials
• All health and fitness data
• Nutrition history and meal photos
• Workout logs and templates
• Achievements and streak progress
• Premium membership (no refunds)

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new privacy policy in the app and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
